Dryer Safety Services wants to make sure your appointment is a success, so we have given you some pointers to help with our visit.
LOCATION
Please lets us know where your dryer is located so we can ensure we have all property tools and equipment. If you don't know that's alright we will plan accordingly
STACKABLE WASHER AND DRYERS!
Stackable washer and dryers require more time and man power to remove and do an appropriate cleaning, please let us know if you have a stackable washer and dryer.
HOW LONG DOES YOUR REPAIR SERVICE TAKE?
Typically this service takes up to and hour, as with anything else sometimes this can be shorter or much longer, Dave will let you know if something has changed along the way!
REPAIR OF YOUR SYSTEM
We want to make sure your system is in tip top shape and sometimes we will find issues with the system that we feel need to be replaced, we will let you know this at the time of the visit and if we can complete that repair today we will if not we will schedule with you for a time to come back.
YOUR CURRENT SYSTEM
Dryer Safety Services assumes your system is in good enough shape to be cleaned, we will not take responsibility for ducts that fall apart during the cleaning process. We inspect all duct work that's visible prior to cleaning to try to head off this problem before cleaning.
